Once we understand this, we can put a plan in place that will maximise our success by providing information in a style and format the best suits each person. By doing so we significantly influence the outcome of a sales call as our buyer feels connected to us and what we are presenting. Once we gained this momentum it is vital that we keep control of the sales conversation and create a way of moving forward to the next stage. If we do not progress the client will go cold as will our chances of successfully completing a sale.
